OLOROSO SINGLE CASK
Join us for an exclusive first tasting guided by the distillery founders and official launch of this ultra-premium whiskey. The Oloroso Single Cask is a luxurious and decadently dark, direct fire double distilled, single malt Irish whiskey. It’s been masterfully distilled in Crolly and fully matured in European oak ex-Oloroso Sherry hogshead casks from the renowned Juan Pino Cooperage in Córdoba, Spain.
This offering has been bottled at natural cask strength and limited to just 1,500 bottles.
CROITHLÍ SINGLE MALT TRIPLE CASK IRISH WHISKEY
This new premium single malt Irish whiskey has been double distilled and triple cask matured in oak to deliver exceptional balance, warmth and depth of flavour.
Crafted in Croithlí using traditional methods inspired by the great distilling traditions of the past, this whiskey will be officially launched on the evening.
