Exceptional triple-distilled Irish malt and grain whiskeys, matured for a minimum of 10 years in American bourbon casks and expertly blended before finishing in hand-selected Oloroso sherry casks. Fruity and bright on the nose, with notes of fresh orchard pears and green apples, leading to a long, gentle warmth on the palate. Finished and bottled at our distillery located in a historic building constructed in 1901, set between the Wild Atlantic Coast and the majestic Derryveagh Mountains. Before our own direct-fire whiskey reached maturity, this special expression bridged the early years of Croithlí’s rebirth. To mark the arrival of our new spirit, we are releasing the final parcel of this fine 10-year-old whiskey as a Farewell Release — once gone, gone forever.
