Maturation
This single malt begins its journey in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, developing softness, vanilla and gentle sweetness.
It is then finished in three species of virgin oak, adding structure, spice and complexity.

TASTING NOTES
COLOUR
Yellow gold with warm, inviting hues.
NOSE
Soft and rounded, with notes of caramel and vanilla, lifted by clove and fresh ginger spice.
PALATE
Smooth and structured, with layered sweetness, ripe plum, sweet oak and vanilla.
FINISH
Medium-bodied with a lightly oily texture, finishing with toffee, vanilla and gentle oak spice.
