Croithlí Distillery recently welcomed leading international travel bloggers and writers as part of the TBEX (Travel Bloggers Exchange) conference in Donegal.

The group experienced a guided tour of the Gaeltacht-based distillery, learning about Croithlí’s heritage, its direct-fire stills, and the unique Donegal character that shapes every drop of whiskey produced. Visitors also enjoyed tastings of the distillery’s premium Irish whiskeys. Some even got to sample the much-anticipated PX Single Cask — a world-first release that is currently available on limited presale through Croithlí’s newly launched website.

Catherine Ní Grianna, Visitor Centre Manager at Croithlí Distillery, said:
“It was an honour to welcome so many international storytellers to Croithlí. This distillery is rooted in the culture, language, and craft of the Donegal Gaeltacht, and having visitors from around the world experience that first-hand is something very special. We look forward to seeing the stories they share about our whiskey and our community.”

The TBEX visit placed Croithlí Distillery on a global stage, highlighting not only the revival of Donegal whiskey but also the unique tourism experience available in Crolly village, situated along the Wild Atlantic Way.

Visitors and whiskey enthusiasts can learn more, join the Croithlí Whiskey Club, and explore the full range of whiskeys and tours.
